CJE VERDUN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors is made up of :

  • Seven directors (volunteers);
  • The Executive Director, appointed ex officio to the Board (non-voting).

Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for a two-year term.

Our Board relies on the dedication of the following people:

Member categories

  1. Associate member. An Associate Member is any individual interested in supporting the Organization in the realization of its mission, objects and activities, and who submits a written application to become an Associate Member. Such a person becomes an Associate Member from the moment his or her application is accepted by the Board of Directors.
  2. Employee Member. An Employee Member is any employee of the Organization who has completed his or her probationary period. Such a person becomes an Employee Member on the first day following the end of his or her probationary period.
  3. Corporate Member. A Corporate Member is any legal entity interested in supporting the Organization in the realization of its mission, objects and activities, and who submits a written application to become a Corporate Member. Such a person becomes a Corporate Member from the moment his or her application is accepted by the Board of Directors. In order to be represented on the bodies of the Organization, a Corporate Member must designate, in the appropriate manner, a specific individual as its authorized representative.
  4. User Member. A User Member is any individual who has benefited from the services of the Organization, who is interested in supporting the Organization in achieving its mission, objects and activities, and who applies to become a User Member. Such a person becomes a User Member when his or her written application is accepted by the Board of Directors.
