Yes. We are open to working with other organizations and institutions for the benefit of the Verdun community

No. Our services are reserved exclusively for people living in the borough of Verdun (Quebec, Canada).

Am I entitled to services even if I’m employed?2023-08-09T09:18:25-04:00

Yes, but you must be available during our opening hours to meet with your counselor.

Do you have evening opening hours?2023-08-09T09:20:22-04:00

Yes. We are open on Tuesday evenings until 8:00 pm (EXCEPT during the summer period, from June 23rd to September 1st. Our offices close at 4:30pm during this period).

Do you offer services to people aged 36 and over?2023-08-09T09:20:53-04:00

No. Our services are reserved for young people and adults aged 15 to 35 who live in Verdun / Nuns’ Island.

No. We are a community organization whose mission is to promote the socio-professional integration of young people and adults aged 15 to 35, regardless of their economic situation. We offer job search assistance (CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation, job search methods, etc.).

Yes. All our services are free of charge for people aged 15 to 35 living in the Verdun / L’Île-des-Soeurs area (postal codes: H4G, H4H and H3E), thanks to the financial participation of the Quebec government.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4:30pm. On Tuesdays, we’re open until 8pm from September 1 to June 23.

The support offered by our counselors can last from a few weeks to a few months, depending on the evolution of your personal and professional situation. Our services are personalized and vary according to the needs of each individual.

No, but we have more than one way of helping you! We have a number of guidance tools that can help you get to know yourself better and make the right decisions for your future.

Yes, this option can be discussed with your counselor before your first appointment.

Appointments generally last around 60 minutes.

What documents do I need for my first appointment?2023-08-09T09:22:10-04:00

You’ll need to provide your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and a copy of your CV (if you have one). Certain documents may be required, depending on the services requested or the person’s situation, on a case-by-case basis.
